Render the Stalwart chart with cluster-like PostgreSQL, ingress, persistence, and secret values. Fix whitespace trimming in the StatefulSet so empty optional env sections, resources, and storageClassName do not concatenate YAML mappings. Bump the chart version to 0.2.3.
